We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, has manufacturing defects, or is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Provide clear photos or a short video showing the issue.

Once verified, we will either:

  • Resend the correct/replacement items at no cost to you, or
  • Issue a full refund for the affected products.

We do not require you to return the defective item. International return shipping is expensive and complicated; you may keep or discard it.

2. Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

Due to hygiene reasons and the high cost of cross‑border returns, we do not accept returns for reasons such as “change of mind”, “ordered by mistake”, “does not suit my style”, or similar. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is packed or shipped. To cancel, email us at hello@jemedo.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved (for defective or incorrect items), we will process it to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear in your account.

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days for any reason. However, you will be responsible for the actual cost of return shipping (which may be expensive). The returned products must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Please contact us before returning any items.
