Shipping policy


We ship worldwide directly from our central supply chain facility in Shanghai, China. This allows us to offer factory-direct wholesale pricing to lash artists and salons. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and a tracking number is provided for every order.

Free Shipping Thresholds (Standard Shipping):

  • United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, etc. (over 50 countries/regions in total) – orders over $49.
  • Hawaii and Puerto Rico – orders over $89.
  • Most other countries/regions – orders over $189.
  • Some special regions and remote islands – Paid Shipping Only.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times typically range from 5 to 22 business days, depending on your location. Exact delivery estimates and shipping costs (if below the free shipping threshold) are calculated at checkout based on your country, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Express Shipping (5–10 business days) is available at an additional cost – rates calculated at checkout.

⚠️ CRITICAL FOR CUSTOMERS IN BRAZIL AND MEXICO:
Customers in Brazil and Mexico MUST provide their Tax ID (CPF/CNPJ for Brazil, RFC for Mexico) in the address field during checkout. Orders without a valid Tax ID cannot be shipped and may be delayed or cancelled. You are solely responsible for providing this information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. All such charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer; they are not included in your order total and are not the responsibility of JEMEDO.com. Please check with your local customs office for more information. For our valued customers in Brazil, please kindly note that local import duties and taxes may apply in accordance with national regulations, which can be up to 60% of the declared value.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package on our website or directly via the carrier’s site.
